Oregon deals Penn State another disappointment with overtime win to spoil White Out

Third Quarter : Oregon scored touchdowns on its first two drives to go up 17-3. Penn State Rally : QB Drew Allar threw two 4th-quarter TD passes, including the game-tying score with 30 seconds left.
